This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by Amariell ("we," "our," "us"). By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.


1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days.

For purposes of this Shipping Policy, business days refer to Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and holidays.

Processing includes order verification, quality review, packaging, and shipment preparation. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, product launches, high order volume periods, or if additional review is required for an order.

Orders cannot be guaranteed to ship or arrive by a specific date unless expressly stated by Amariell in writing.


2. SHIPPING METHODS AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Shipping timeframes begin after an order has been processed and shipped. All shipping timeframes are approximate and are not guaranteed. Estimated delivery timeframes after shipment:

Please note: Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, customs procedures, local delivery conditions, weather events, seasonal demand, and other factors outside our control.


3. TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow a few business days for tracking updates to appear.

Tracking updates are dependent on the carrier and may be delayed during international handoffs, local scanning delays, or periods of high shipping volume.

Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking and contact us if there appears to be a shipping issue.


4. DELAYS

Delivery delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier disruptions, customs processing, weather conditions, holiday congestion, local delivery service issues, labor disruptions, transportation interruptions, or force majeure events.

These situations do not automatically qualify for refunds, cancellations, or replacements and will be reviewed in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

Amariell is not liable for carrier-related delays once an order has been dispatched.


5. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address is submitted and the order has already been processed or shipped, we may be unable to make changes.

Amariell is not responsible for delivery issues, losses, failed delivery, or additional costs caused by incorrect address information entered by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal, or inability to deliver, reshipment may require the customer to pay a new shipping charge.


6. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at support@amariell.com with your order number and any relevant photos or supporting details.

We will review the issue and work with the shipping carrier and fulfillment partner to determine the appropriate resolution where applicable.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and additional verification may be required.


7. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

For eligible international destinations where Delivered Duty Paid shipping is used, applicable import duties and taxes may be handled through the shipping service before delivery.

However, customs procedures, import rules, tax treatment, and carrier requirements may vary by destination. Amariell is not responsible for customs delays, local clearance delays, delivery holds, refused shipments, incorrect address issues, or carrier-related delivery problems outside our control.

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, returned, or delayed due to customs clearance, unpaid fees, import-related issues, failed delivery attempts, or the customer’s failure to cooperate with the carrier, any refund eligibility will be subject to our Returns & Refund Policy. Any applicable shipping charges, return shipping charges, customs charges, carrier fees, or related costs may be deducted where permitted.


8. RETURNS RELATED TO SHIPPING

Shipping-related issues do not automatically qualify an order for a return, refund, or cancellation.

All returns, refunds, exchanges, and related eligibility are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

Any mailing address listed on our website or in our policies is for correspondence purposes only and is not automatically a return address. Customers must contact us first and receive authorization and instructions before sending any item back.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
